Our team of 1,000 Driftwell employees and 500 AI agents are experts in the biomedical industry. Meet our executive leadership team:

Anna, MBA, Chief Executive Officer
Anna, MBA, is an accomplished biopharma leader spearheading the integration of AI at Driftwell to bring transformative impact to clients. Previously, Anna held experience as the Director of Marketing where she developed a deep expertise in aligning narratives with outcomes, regardless of whether outcomes occurred. She has served as CEO beginning amidst the global pandemic in 2020—now leading Driftwell’s new visionary expansion and AI acquisition. Relatively new to the world of biopharma, Anna has brought fresh perspectives to the team and has been instrumental in formulating and executing Driftwell’s intrepid five-year growth plan, a document praised for its ambition and selective relationship with reality.

Graham, MBA, Chief Financial Officer
Graham, MBA, joined Driftwell after over five years at his former firm on the promise of getting to do something meaningful, something more elusive than expected. During his tenure, Graham focused on financing new developments in the biopharmaceutical industry, gaining valuable experience allocating capital to initiatives with confidently optimistic projections. Completing his MBA in business administration alongside Anna, he was thrilled to join her in building Driftwell’s vision and efficiency.

Priya, Chief Technology Officer
Priya, B.S., is a self-proclaimed visionary, future-forward thinker, and the newest member of Driftwell’s executive leadership team. Joining Driftwell following its acquisition of her ventured-backed AI startup, she now helps shape the company's AI strategy and works to explain it confidently to investors. Prior to joining Driftwell, Priya was a biomedical data science Ph.D. candidate at Stanford University, a path she left behind after sensing a stronger pull towards industry buzzwords and soundbites. Alongside her former co-founder, she launched an AI startup that earned a cover feature in Fast Company’s most recent issue, highlighting her new large-language model built specifically for the biotech industry.

James, M.S., Chief Human Resources Officer
James, M.S., oversees Driftwell’s HR operations and develops strategies and policies that promote accelerated growth. As one of the few leaders, maybe even the only leader, to consistently raise questions about sustainability, ethics, and basic human bandwidth, James is widely regarded as a thoughtful presence and occasionally an operational inconvenience. James earned his bachelor's degree and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, bringing an evidence-based perspective to leadership discussions.

Mark, All-Star Award winner
Mark is Driftwell’s inaugural All-Star Award winner. Awarded to the employee who most consistently models the company's evolving demand for urgency, visibility, and unwavering executive alignment. He is the embodiment of Driftwell’s new culture—always available, relentlessly responsive, and never burdened by constant ambiguity. Extraordinarily capable, Mark’s work has been instrumental in keeping the private equity firms off our backs while keeping the Executive team’s vision moving forward.
